Submit a bulk-fill service application before the first fill. Superior Water, Light & Power then creates an account and issues an access code and PIN. Applications may be submitted online, by phone, or through an operator service location.
Located at 24th St and Grand Ave, just west of the City of Superior garage; enter from Hill Ave.
The station has one dispensing point. Connect the hose to the tank, enter the four-digit access number and PIN, enter the desired volume, confirm the hose connection, and press START. Dispensing stops automatically at the requested volume; STOP can be used to end flow early.
Provides potable water for domestic and construction purposes. Usage is recorded and billed to the account associated with the entered access code and PIN.
